I help radical ideas work in dystopian spaces.

I invest in and work with teams and ideas that build a better world. I'm inspired by others who also challenge traditional models and systems to find more equitable and humane ways of working. Lately, I am especially interested in art, expression, privacy, and equity in this age of dehumanization, censorship, and AI.

My career as a cross-functional strategist and operations leader has taken me across technology, finance, and nonprofits to build infrastructure and bring teams to their next stage of growth. Over the past 15 years, I have worked on missions spanning climate, criminal justice, workforce reform, and K-12 education. In the private sector, I have been part of Venture Capital teams for family offices ($100m-10bn portfolios), led operations for Bloomberg Philanthropies' global climate portfolio, and co-founded two start ups: Syrin and Starfish Legal. 

My background spans neurolinguistics research, film sets, to board rooms. I understand how work is currently done at the highest levels. I bring the best parts of those practices to radical ideas that seek to bring the world into liberation and abundance. Brooklyn-based.
